| The Aspen Place ordeal has come to pass |
| I'm a little late on this post as I didn't want to think to hard about it. Aspen place and all the BS that went along with it has come to pass. We finally sold it at a pretty big loss. We had to lower the cost below value and also cover the buyers closing costs just to sell the thing. The problem of course lies with the *%&$ing homeowners assoc. there. They lost us a couple of sales. We had to pony up a very large sum of money to close. Thank goodness I had the ability to aquire a loan to cover it. All is said and done now and thats that. |
