The Aspen Place ordeal has come to pass

I'm a little late on this post as I didn't want to think to hard about it. Aspen place and all the BS that went along with it has come to pass. We finally sold it at a pretty big loss. We had to lower the cost below value and also cover the buyers closing costs just to sell the thing. The problem of course lies with the *%&$ing homeowners assoc. there. They lost us a couple of sales. We had to pony up a very large sum of money to close. Thank goodness I had the ability to aquire a loan to cover it. All is said and done now and thats that.

Sorry about the loss on the place. That really stinks. I thought about your camera comments and about returning it that way, but then I thought that the bozo's would probably put it back on the shelf and some poor sap would buy it. It seems to be working so far. How's the snow situation up there?

Zero snow all year since actually november. Not a drop really to speak of. We in general seem to have alot less weather than Reno. Same thing last year. Only got a few inches. Kind of a bummer as I love TONS of snow to drive around in.
