| An Offer |
We received an offer on our Aspen Place house the other day. They agreed to the full 'reduced' asking price plus we cover the closing costs up to 3% of total cost. Not ideal, but at this point, we need to sell like 6 months ago. The only stickler is that its an FHA loan and they are notorious for dropping applicants like a lead turd. So we will find out by tuesday if they got their financing or not. |

Todays the day. We haven't heard anything yet. We had the place cleaned by Merry maids for 200.00. Wendy said it looks very very clean now. The appraiser went out on Friday. So it depends now on 2 things. That the house appraised well, and the buyers financing got approved.
