| Realtors come and realtors go (get fired) |
Its been over 4 months now since our old house has been on the market. Far further than the promised "Oh, we move houses in 30 days" spiel. We finally had enough and gave ol "Bob" the boot. We have hired a new broker that will start on monday through Remax. She was recommended to us through a co worker whose house sold in 1 day thru her. So, heres to crossing our fingers. This quasi 2 mortgage thing is starting to get really old.... |

So, you feeling the financial stress yet? Oh yeah, this is from your bro, anyway. . .we're about to enter the same torture. Wife and I decided to buy a home in South Reno. Supposed to be built in June. The wife is already having second thoughts but I think we're going to go through with it. We're legally bound by Saturday. Ma and Pa are going to come look at it and the lot on Saturday. Wish us luck in dumping the old Carson House. Know of anyone that wants to live in a really nice, fairly new, 3 bedroom in Carson?

Oh yeah, I've got a blog of sorts. At least my lame attempt at making one. It's new and just a partial filler until I get my main webpage up. Deadtaco is getting me set up with proper software package to make some upgrades before a I publish it. How do you like the new house?
