| Laptop and 4-Runner follow up |
I took the 4-Runner over this morning to the dealership. After about 5 hours they called me back to tell me that they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Murphy's law strikes again. So moving on to the laptop. I decided to take a look at the screen myself. Looks like the circuit board embedded on the monitor burned out. After looking around on the internet, a replacement screen runs around 500.00 or so. After thinking it through, it just doesnt seem worth it to replace the screen on a laptop thats going out anyhow. So in the meantime....check out the picture to the right... |

Nice gerry rig. At least you can still access it though. And don't worry about the 4runner. It's waiting to go out at 2:30AM on a snowy evening. Good luck.

Hey, check out my blog. We have lots of flooding going on all around our house. We're on a kind of island right now. Completely surrounded by about a foot of water with the house about another foot of elevation above that. And it just keeps flowing down the street.
