| The realtor and the fax machine.... |
| Well, expecting to have an answer on the loan on Friday, and nearing 5pm, I decided to call the realtor to see whats going on. Well, he mumbles for a second, then says 'ya know, i wonder if the fax went through a couple of days ago to the financer'. Oh great. Did he even check to see if it went through when he sent it? Nope, he didnt, and nope, it didnt go through. So he had to resubmit it again and now we wont know until tuesday by the soonest if the loan went through at our terms. Argh! |
