Did you take the picture? I've been too sick to post a blog update. I'm going to do one this afternoon but it won't be much. We dropped the home price to 269,900 and will see what happens. Our final closing cost was 400,600 on the new place. They gave us a 40,000 discount, bought down the loan rate, and paid for closing. Not too bad.
