HOT HOT HOT |
We are going into our 2nd week of above 100 temps every stinking day. Breaking all kinds of records. My water bill is going to kill me im sure as I have to water like every day morning and night to keep the grass from getting dry spots. I wish I had a pool or something..... |

That's why we only did one small part grass, lots of rock, and a water retaining fabric under the rock and bark. Too freakin' expensive. We're only 95 today with all the cloud cover we have. It was actually raining as we rode this morning but it was in the 80's. Extremely humid and hot. Like riding in Hawaii. We were getting wet but didn't care. We get out and ride at 5:00 in the morning during work week and 8:00am on the weekends. I'm working 7 days a week right now so I don't have much time otherwise (lots of OT pay though).
Question, when are you guys coming down exactly for Chantel's wedding?

We will be driving down on the 11th and returing on the 21st. Its always a bit humid here also. Usually around 40-50% where we are due to the reservoir down the street and stuff. The other day I was finishing my fence and drank 11!!!!! of those gatorade 32oz bottles believe it or not. I only went pee once!!!! Ack!! Thats how much I was sweating. This is a new record for here. The average is 85 degrees for this time, so only 20 degrees above normal! Ack! Its okay though cause the lawn looks pretty sweet right now since I put in the sprinklers and stuff. I read in the paper that a moose jumped into the pool down the street to cool off and got stuck so they had to tranquilize him and stick him back up the hill!! Now thats hot!
