| Lord have mercy.....what next |
The doorbell rang yesterday and these construction guys were there and informed me that the developer is being sued that he has to add retaining walls to all the lots. Needless to say, my fence has to come down so they can build the retaining walls. Soooooo....i spent yesterday taking down my reinforced ceder fence. WHAT A PAIN IN THE A$$ That was!!!!!! Here are some pics of me taking it DOWN. Argh!!!
*UPDATE* The fence posts will not come out. They sheared off when the attempt was made to pull them out. |

Man, looks like they really screwed the pootch. The developer was a fool for thinking that they could get away with that. Dumb!
Looks like you had fun getting up in the hills, but Pocatello looks as ugly as Carson City down lower. Our town is surrounded by fires right now and one is burning about 1/2 mile from the office and is expected to get closer. What a smokey mess. I'll post some pics later.

Yeah, Pocatello is no Seattle when it comes to green, but I'd have to say its greener than Carson here, the hills are all tall juniper trees etc. I guess its cause we get twice the annual rain fall or something. The rest of us is surrounded by water though, with the snake on one side, american falls on the other, and the Portneuf river on the other side, so that helps.
