| Avalanche |
Our house is 6 feet below ground level due to the fact our house is 3 stories. The lot is actually 6 feet below the neighbors. Herein lies the problem...the ground is starting to erode into our lot and needless to say up against our $$$ fence. We are in contact with the developers and have a long argument insuing.... |

Ok, your developer is almost as dumb as ours. At least ours is smart enough to make boulder retaining walls against the cuts. So, how long before the sliding reaches the neighbors house?

That is sliding into OUR house!!!!! Oh, its got about 20 feet to go. But by then our house will be buried!
